If you eat out quite often, this is a must app. Clean UI and easy to navigate. The booking and cancellation can be done instantaneously and works fine every time you have to use it. Great app!

Because of your problem in app my friend she was not able to do her 4th reservation and that time I was also with her we called customer care service at that time and customer care said there is a technical issue you try in some time to book it again but even after some time it didn’t get resolved so we called your customer care service again for 6 or more than 6 times but they didn’t picked our call and there was no reason to book next day because offer was valid till 14th feb only so because of your app problem she didn’t got the voucher and her remaining 3 reservations became useless. After that also we called you customer care service we told them our problem and they told us that it’s not our look out so if customer faces any problem then what should customer do??You don’t even reply to mails properly on every mail sended to you the thing only you have done is just copied and pasted same mail as a reply. Infact your customer care service hungs up the call in middle of the conversation and even last time when NEWYEAR promocode offer came at that time also I faced the same problem but I didn’t reacted to it too much and let it go but this is the 2nd time I am facing same problem and this time I want justice And the reason behind posting this entire message here is that you reply nicely over here only because its visible to all and I know your reply on this you will tell me to mail on your e-mail id for further inquiries but nothing happens if you really want to solve the problem solve it here only
