I would rate Behrouz Gosht Dum Biryani, the most popular biryani in Hyderabad. This awesome goat mutton biryani is the best as it comprises a of blend of spices, herbs, green cardamoms and shavings of almonds that provides an altogether different flavor than all other biryanis i ever had. The perfect cooked tenderness of goat meat makes it all the more sumptuous and easy to digest. The overall texture of the biryani is simply true to its form and its flavorful aroma reach your senses to transform your meals into a very satisfying experience. No other biryani matches the number of spices used in it. The presentation of this biryani in the compact and decent pack is pretty hygienic and comes with a complimentary gulab jamun and plastic cutlery in a sealed paper cover. This goat gosht biryani was delivered well before the time as promised. All in all I would rate this gosht biryani as the best biryani we ever relished Thank you “BEHROUZ”

Horrible Experience with EatSure – Utterly Unreliable!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience ordering food to my train through EatSure, and I feel compelled to share this to warn others. I placed an order with the expectation that it would be delivered on time, as the app confidently assured me. However, even as the delivery time approached, the order status stubbornly remained at 'quality check'. There was no indication that the delivery was anywhere near being dispatched, let alone on its way to the railway station where I had scheduled the delivery. Frustrated, I reached out to customer support, only to be met with the repetitive and utterly useless response from a chatbot that my order would arrive at 11:27 PM. This was infuriating, considering the train was scheduled to arrive at the station at 10:40 PM, and there was no sign of any delivery personnel being assigned to my order. The sheer incompetence of the service is astonishing. How can a platform operate with such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic reliability? I had prepaid for my meal, only to be left starving because of their complete failure to deliver as promised. To add insult to injury, there were no other options to buy food this late at night. I am writing this review as I sit here, starved and frustrated, having been let down entirely by EatSure. This was an unforgivable experience, and I will certainly never use their services again.

It was my first and last experience. I placed an order using the app for the first time, expecting the food to be delivered within the ETA. However, the delivery person was extremely unprofessional. He went to a different road away from my actual address, which I could see on the app. When he called, I tried to guide him to the correct address, but instead of listening, he started arguing and blaming me for providing an incorrect address. He used abusive language and told me that I should either collect the order from where he was or cancel it. I chose to cancel the order rather than argue, but unfortunately, I neither received the food nor a refund. When I raised this issue with support, I explained the reason for the cancellation. The support person called the delivery agent and told him that I had complained. This raised a security concern because even after I had canceled the order, the delivery person called me, yelling and threatening me for complaining against him. I reported this issue to support, but the chat was abruptly ended. How am I supposed to feel about this? A security breach? Threatened by a delivery person for ordering food with my money? #EatSureTeam please update your customer support service or don’t expect us to place order

Bad food, worse customer service

Their food delivery is 90% of the times short in quantity and quality is not even worth mentioning, it’s that bad!! Their delivery persons deliver prepaid orders to ground floor totally disregarding written address, added comments and verbal realtime communication through calls. Then after all this hustle, goodness forbid if you would like to speak to their customer care executive, you would have to go through their chat bot for hours and then somehow if you get hold of some cce on chat, they would irritate you to the core that you would not like to jump through a cliff and end your life. After clearing all these absurdly frustrating behaviours of their cce and wasting your entire day, (recently I have wasted full week on following up for refund, which they never initiated and just blatantly lied on chat a week ago), their cce would further irritate you and would go to lengths wasting your time to lying, repeating and copy pasting absurd nonsensical statements so that you would dread contacting them ever again in your life. I would like to starve rather than paying them such high cost of such low quality products and services!!
