Amazing work.
I usually don’t write a review at all, but Eat Sure’s service actually compelled me to write it, amazing service. I’ve been ordering since the start of the Fassos chain in Pune. I was their first customer, from that point of time till now, they’ve grown a lot but one thing which has remained constant is their service and their product quality, they never fail to provide with the best quality of food and one of the best service. It brings a smile on your face when from the start till now, they have never compromised on the service provided.
Worst experience among all food delivery applications
I placed an order on lunchbox which they accepted and after some time the restaurant called me for telling that the dish which i ordered is not available and asked me to cancel my order so i replied him saying you cancel from your end so he replied let me see what i can do from that time i am just calling customer care support of eatsure and asking for refunds its been more than 24 hours and now mt order status is showing delivered instead of cancelled so i lost my money and didnt recieve them yet their service is very bad they just dont know how to deal with people and dont solve your problems like zomato and swiggy so now i have decided i will never place an order from eatsure and recommend the same to others because it might happen to you as well. I wish i could have given it negative star rating as its not worthy at all
Bad UI/UX, Technical Issues and Pathetic Customer Service
I downloaded the EatSure app today and placed an order for some semizzas from OverStory and some items from Firangi Bake.
The payment was debited from my account but the order never went through due to the 'technical issues'. After finding my way through their app and managing to initiate a customer support conversation, I was told that the issue will be resolved soon. I kept waiting for 15 mins to have a customer agent assigned to my ticket. The time between responses was extremely long.
The agent placed an order form her end, which wasn't reflected as part of the 'Mr orders' section. After 35 mins of completing the payment, my order was finally confirmed.
I waited for 40 mins for the order to be placed only to receive half my order. The agent forgot to include the items for the OvenStory part of my order. So here I am sitting at home with my family wondering what to have for dinner at 10 pm - 1 hour 45 mins after placing my order.
I am uninstalling their app and vow to never order from any of the RebelFoods outlets in the future. My advice to other users: just stick to placong orders through Zomato or Swiggy cause EatSure hasn’t yet figured out how to male their systems work cohesively.
