Always showing facing high demand.

From the last two months whenever I tried to order from BK App it always shows facing high demand for delivery orders at the moment. Please try after some time. Tried so many time but same message. Seems useless app for me if it is not taking delivery orders.

Bad delivery experience

I ordered 6 burgers from K star mall Chembur Burger King outlet. I ordered at 7:15 p.m. and burgers got delivered at 8:45 p.m. The delivery got late but it was not packed properly. The bag was torn from down, the fries were not properly packed. You guys take money for handling and packaging charges and it was not kept properly. I returned my order, the manager Mr. Shaikh said will deliver again with proper packaging and it will be delivered soon. I got my order at 10:00 p.m. I had a very bad experience and from that moment I have never ordered anything from your app.

Charged twice and refund not yet processed

I placed an order once and it charged me twice. I had to call the restaurant and they advised a refund soon but that never came. I emailed the customer support and it has been 1 month since I am following it up and they haven't refunded morr than 400 rs yet. Total bogus this company is and steals the money through the app.

I thought it might be one time thing so placed an order again and guess what how many times it placed the order? 8 times!!!!!!!!
Thankfully the restaurant called and cancelled the other 7 orders. The worst part is, I didn't even know it placed 8 orders.

If you are reading this, please refund my money that you stole from me. I did get only one delivery on that day but charged twice!

Never using this app again!
