Love using this app

There’s tons of great things about the app but I’ll just say why I gave it a 4. Most of us are using the app because we want either don't want to wait in line or grab and go. With that being said, it would be nice store start honoring order through app. I ordered from the app because it is always so crowded, and at this particular store, grabbing a seat is so difficult. But leaving my seat and coming to counter 3 times for followup just makes this pretty app useless. Please train your people for app orders, I can always go to pickup my order but not 3 times.

There also needs to be another method for mobile pickup. When arriving to pickup order, you have to wait for a barista to go to that area to be noticed, sometimes waiting for awhile. It’s not there fault at all, but I think there needs to be an efficient way to do this. I notice that when I mobile order ahead of time, the customers that order inside the store get their drinks first. Not sure how that adds up.
The app is great though but it’s useless if some of these inefficiencies continue.

Purely an App Review

So after using the new updated app I found couple of terrible mistakes in UI. -First kindly disable landscape orientation or fix The onboarding screen and the TabBar. just look at the alignment of that order button in the landscape orientation. Make the Image and Text to be stacked Vertically instead of Horizontal. -Add some Top Padding to the Starbucks Card. And these are just my Views. BLOG SECTION -I found that the corner radius is implemented to the frame. It would be better if it is implemented to that Image. -I observed that Toggle icon has no functionality. It would be better if you add some functionality to that. Or if not atleast add some horizontal spacing between that Icon and the quarries -Overlay Thumbnail Image is not aligned to the center with respect to that background frame. -Add some spacing between the author and the minutes to read. If it’s a concatenation the add some empty space as well. (and again this might be very subjective) -Implementing Parallax scroll for the Sticky Header Image would make the UI looks fluid. -I would suggest to implement a Pinned Title to that Vertical Scroll since it’s a blog.

Edit: Okay. Regarding that Top Padding Thing, The one which is shown in the screenshot is perfectly fine but on my phone I can see vertical padding to the Card in the Pay Tab. May be that’s some sort of Frame issue.

Food Not Fresh

I was at the WTC, Kharadi, Pune outlet this morning. The cappuccino was fantastic but the chicken croissant tasted stale. I think it was from yesterday’s stock. I don’t think it was fair to serve me that way. The app wasn’t opening so I handed over my gold card which is a bit damaged but it works as I use it almost everyday. The staff were in a hurry and handed the card back to me even though requested them to try it a few more times as I have over Rs. 14k on the said card. I also have many other cards on my name which are also topped up and carry high balances. Was disappointed for the first time to tell you the truth. I am a Tata Chemicals Ltd. distributor and care for my customers dearly.
