No support, My 8L is struck

I have 8L in the app, and suddenly they asked for KYc for UPI but they never have option to complete that or app is not showing where to complete it. I have completed the PAN and it shows me KYC verified but the app is panicking and not showing any option. Now my 8L is struck and also 2,000 I tried to withdraw which is forever in waiting for bank approval. What is this? How these kind of apps allowed by government?
