Type 2 charging stations

The MG EV charging infrastructure has made commendable strides, offering reliable and convenient fast-charging options across major cities, making EV ownership easier for drivers. Their integration of public charging stations and home charging solutions provides flexibility and convenience to users.However, the limited availability of AC Type 2 chargers, particularly for the MG Comet EV, poses a challenge. Expanding the AC Type 2 charging network could significantly enhance the user experience. With this improvement, the Comet EV has the potential to dominate the market, as its compact design and efficiency make it a standout choice for urban commuters.

The app is redirecting to other apps for payment and starting charger. For example for Statiq , JioBp & HP E charge. I thought the hub was a common gateway for payment and single wallet.The sole goal of this app is a misdirection right now. I will change my ratings once Partner Charge Option is corrected.

Finally a right solution that was quite late though. Keeping multiple apps, searching them, adding details and money in multiple places is a painful stuff. Its one big challenge for most EV owners. The Govt is still behind in building a universal app. Good job JSW in coming up with this app. I hope the app works flawless and please add more service providers. Also tie up with govts like in Hyderabad we have TSEV.

Refund issue

It has been over 20 days since I requested a refund through eHub by MG, but I still have not received my money. The process was supposed to be simple and quick, yet there has been no resolution or update so far. This delay is disappointing and shows poor customer service, especially after being reassured that refunds would take only 7-10 working days. I hope MG addresses such issues and makes their platform more reliable for users in the future.
