Good app, but a request to MG

App is very good and easy to use. But one request is to add an option to search the drive history date by selecting a date in smart drive option. So it will be more convenient for everyone to check an old drive history. Now we need to tap on previous option till we reach the required date drive history. Hope MG team will incorporate the same in coming updates… 😀

I have bought MG Windsor Essense last week. Very nice smooth and fun to drive car. Happy with the drive quality and features. But the infotainment system needs major redesign. Key points after one weeks user experience.”1. Infotainment display is locked, you put on turn indicators, after indicator goes off, screen is unlocked2. Every time you restart the system, headlight goes to auto mode, drive mode resets to Eco. Car should allow to configure default settings. 3. All play, select buttons on Jiosaan are small. Difficult to press while driving. 4. Toggle button should be provided for moving between CarPlay/auto and MG UI5. Some shortcut on screen to switch off engine, AC and mute music can be provided. Instead of having icons of mirror, headlight, settings on main screen, you can provide buttons for AC, mute, engine off, mirror fold, headlight on off. Why need to navigate thru multiple menus to do simple tasks. Or provide freedom to add key shortcuts on main screen as per their choice. 6. Overall very bad user experience in the entire UI design. Not expecting much from Jio team anyway. 7. Very few apps available for download. Learn from other car manufacturers. 8. No better feature to locate nearest Charging station.

Worst customer care service and dangerous too

I bought mg Windsor essence pro one month back from Dehradun deelaraship they have entered their mobile number in my mg app instead of mine. They have all control of my car. Inspite of complaints to them customer care they have not changed. Every time I call mg customer service they are saying it will be done within 24 hours. One month over that mobile number is not changed and my car and all control location are there with them. I have never seen such car company so worst and dangerous. Planing to file police complaint after their frustrating response. I will never buy mg cars. Not recommended to anyone

0 Servicing Slots since a month

What’s the point of building an app if you won’t update available service slots on the app? I have tried 7-8 times in last 1 month and every time it shows 0 slots available for Mahadevpura and Electronics City. And when I spoke to your customer care agent - she is repeatedly asking me to visit the service station saying Pick up and drop slots are not showing on the app. Last time I went to the service station - they wasted the whole day making me wait. Now again - I’ll just have to waste one whole day because of such random processes of MG. Never had any such issues in 5 years of using Hyundai.
