I have experienced hassle free, seamless support throughout the current insurance life term of my vehicle from Digit team, with timely updates through multiple channels, with most staff well informed of processes and willingness to help, in resolving and navigating through any exigency you may be in. This comes from my personal experience where I had to raise claim for my 4 wheeler EV three times in last 6 months of buying the Digit vehicle insurance. Each time, I was supported with accurate and timely information, support from filling FIR, raising claim, choosing the right dealership and on time vehicle delivery, and all of this with no irrelevant questions or documents asked. Kudos to the team and service delivery 🙋🏻‍♂️

I had submitted images of a damaged panel caused by an accident, but the claim was unjustly denied by GoDigit, stating it was “non-claimable.” This decision was made without a proper analysis of key factors such as geographical conditions, manufacturing details, and prevailing weather at the time of the incident. They simply concluded that the damage was due to rusting, without acknowledging that the panel’s age was unknown or considering the fact that it had been raining continuously.Importantly, the region in question—Odisha’s coastal belt—is known for high salinity in the air, which can cause rapid rusting and corrosion. Despite this, the claims team failed to factor in these environmental realities. It is evident that GoDigit’s claim executives either lack the necessary technical knowledge or are deliberately dismissing legitimate claims without conducting thorough investigations. Their approach appears to be designed to reject valid claims under the guise of vague and baseless justifications.I previously recommended GoDigit to others, believing it to be a trustworthy insurer. However, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I now feel compelled to share that, based on my firsthand experience, GoDigit has proven to be one of the worst insurance providers, prioritizing denial over diligence.

Extremely disappointing experience with Digit Insurance.My father was recently hospitalized due to severe stomach pain. After proper diagnosis, doctors confirmed a gallbladder infection. The hospital provided all necessary medical documents and even issued an official clarification letter to the insurance team. The treating doctor also explained the case directly to the insurance representative.Despite all the required documents and medical clarification, Digit Insurance rejected the claim without giving a proper justification.When we contacted customer support to understand the reason, the experience was even worse. The representative was very unprofessional and instead of explaining the issue, he said “Don’t unnecessarily raise your voice on the call.” We were only trying to understand the reason for the rejection during a very stressful time for our family.Even after raising multiple complaints, there was no proper response or support. When I informed them that I no longer wanted to continue with the policy, I received an email stating that I am not eligible for a refund because the insurance was claimed, even though the claim itself was rejected by them.This entire situation has been extremely frustrating while dealing with a family medical emergency.I strongly recommend people carefully review the claim process and customer service before choosing Digit Insurance, as my experience has been very disappointing and negligent.

Took nil dip cover from Go Digit thinking I was covered. My right ORVM got damaged, I submitted the car at a workshop, their surveyor came, did his thing — I thought okay process is moving. Then out of nowhere their guy calls and says “sir we need a spot photo or FIR.”SPOT PHOTO. Of damage that happened 3 days ago. Then I told I would get the FIR after filing it now. He says that would not be valid. You should have registered the FIR on the same day.At no point during purchase did anyone tell me this was even a thing. Not the sales guy, not the policy terms they explained, nobody. And now after the car is already at the workshop they’re telling me this. How exactly am I supposed to go back in time??Claim rejected.And here’s the cherry on top — the claim amount I was asking for is actually LESS than what I paid as premium. Let that sink in. I paid more in premium than my own claim value and they still found a reason to say no.I had seen bad reviews about Digit before buying. But their sales executive was so persuasive I thought maybe those were one off cases. Nope. I am now one of those reviews.If you’re reading this before buying — please don’t. Learn from my mistake.And while all this is happening, another Digit rep is calling me every 2 days to sell me a 7 crore life insurance. Her exact words — “life insurance is different from motor sir, you can trust us this time.”
