In new upgrade app, quick remit cash sending option not available, i am not satisfied about new upgrade version and many more options disabled
Frustrating Update with Poor Customer Support
The recent app update has ruined what used to be a great experience. Transferring money to other accounts is now nearly impossible, and others can't send money to mine either. The customer care team's response has been equally frustrating. They insist there are no glitches in the app, even though everything, including KYC, is done correctly. They promise to resolve the issue but when I call back, the waiting period to connect a call is an excruciating 1 hour. Extremely disappointed.
Card Payment doesn’t work
I can’t pay off my bills because the Emirates Islamic app has disabled any payment from going through. The ‘Next’ button on the Card Payment page doesn’t do anything and the screen is stuck at that page for eternity. Finally had to go to a EI branch in person to pay off my card.
Please fire whoever you’ve outsourced your software development to, clearly they have no idea what they’re doing. Such an elementary bug in a bank app is simply unacceptable.
