Interface is not good. The application responds slow, specially back button doesn’t work 90% of the time. Access to quick and handy information like meter reading/pending bill is hidden under several screens under several dashboards tiles.

Looks this application is developed by 3rd grade failed person. Not able to pay neither through normal mode nor through quick recharge. And there is monopoly that i cannot pay through other means as am away from city. These idiots are trying to do everything but doesn’t know how to do. Pathetic app!
