Recently I visited Epic Infocus studio,Sanpada Vashi for my maternity shoot.It was a wonderful and must say a comfortable experience with the complete team of epic Infocus (Sakshi,Prashant and Mansi) who were there with me to give me the best memories for this motherhood journey. Sakshi made me look fabulous for the day as a mom,Prashant who took care of each click and snaps for making this experience memorable for a lifetime and Mansi who was guiding us at every point where to look what poses and what not they three did there best and made my day.Thank you Epic Infocus and the whole team for making it happen what I manifested as a mom.

The overall experience was extremely disappointing and frankly felt misleading.The team made clear promises during the call, but at the time of delivery, they conveniently fell back on “it wasn’t mentioned in the email,” and refused to honor what was verbally committed. This is a clear trust issue. If your sales team is saying something, your delivery team should stand by it. Right now, it feels like classic bait-and-switch.Yes, I take some responsibility for not double-checking everything in writing, but that does not justify the gap between what was promised and what was delivered. The entire interaction felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine service commitment.I even escalated the issue to the owner, which made things worse. The owner was dismissive and rude, showed zero willingness to listen, and came across as completely uninterested in resolving the concern.Since I had already paid, I was left with no real option but to spend more just to get the work done. Even after raising the issue multiple times, the final delivery was below average. The images looked rushed, with minimal effort, as if they just wanted to close the task and move on.Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency, accountability, or quality.

My experience at Epic InFocus Mahim studio for my maternity photoshoot was superb! We were welcomed by Mr Manoj and Ms Fatima. Both were very warm and made sure we were comfortable. They helped us with deciding the costume’s combinations for the shoot. The makeup artist also was very calm and skilled. The team was very professional and took care of the props and lighting adjustments. They also made my elder child comfortable during the entire shoot and tried to accommodate her in as many pictures as possible.The studio was well organised and had a very positive vibe. I highly recommend Epic InFocus. They exceeded my expectations in every way and hence, I have also booked my newborn baby photoshoot with them Thank you team for your efforts.

We booked photoshoot for our newborn baby girl with Epic focus at NAVI Mumbai studio. The experience right from start to shoot was very pleasant. The staff was very cooperative and experienced. Our photographer Rushikesh, Baby wrapper Mansiand make up artist Sakshi were very good at handling our baby and took utmost care that baby was not getting disturbed or uncomfortable. They took really good care of our experience during the entire shoot and were very quick in making the shoot happen.
