Drag the pay bar forward/backward, Resume/Play

10seconds - forward/backward is dead slow and disgusting to use. Functionalities: 1) There must be option to drag the video forward/backward by using Play button. 2) Video once stopped is playing again from start when we open the app and video again later after a while. There must be a automatic resume/play from where we stopped the video later after logins.

Disappointing Experience with ETVWin Subscription Service

I recently attempted to subscribe to ETVWin, expecting a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon subscribing, I noticed the subscription amount was promptly deducted from my account. However, to my dismay, the subscription itself was not activated on my profile.

Hoping for a quick resolution, I reached out to their customer care team. The response I received was underwhelming and did not meet the basic standards of customer service. The interaction was unsatisfactory, leaving me frustrated and without a solution to my problem.

The lack of prompt and effective customer support in resolving subscription issues reflects poorly on ETVWin's commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience has significantly impacted my view of their service, and I am left questioning the value of their subscription offering.

To anyone considering ETVWin's services, I would advise proceeding with caution. The process, which should have been seamless, turned into a frustrating ordeal, compounded by inadequate customer support.

Great app for ETV Content

I like your app to view the original content of ETV. I watch Bhagavatam on the app. I would propose some minor areas of improvement which would make app loveable. Tap on centre of screen to play or pause. People have adapted to this feature on multiple platforms. Cast option could pull more audience as Bhagavatam and others look great on TV. App crashes when one swipes down while playing some content. Please resolve this issue.
