ETV is a big brand and have lot of money still they don’t put good efforts to make the app on par with other competitors. App developers are not highly professional or they dont know how to make the app to perfectness or etv is not paying them properly. Or they gave deal to mediocre company. Do something man we expect better from you. Not user friendly especially portrait mode to landscape mode on mobile, fast forward etc player is not at all user friendly. Change the app dev company. 2.5 avg rating for app for etv? Shame. Ramoji rao would cry. Errors in posting content too.

ETV Win is the worst app ever I have come across in the field of entertainment. ETV is a big brand with lot of good entertaining content across various genres. Despite that, neither the app developers nor the ETV management make any efforts to update it at par with other entertainment apps. Recently my IPhone had to undergo a repair & all my apps had to be erased to fix the issue. Since the time that I got my iPhone back, am unable to sign in to ETV Win app. After entering my phone number to sign in, the app asks for an OTP which it claims to have sent to my registered mobile number. Alas! I never get the OTP. After a time lapse of 60 secs, there’s an option to resend the OTP. When I click that, it says “Your account not yet verified”. Tried several times, encountered same annoying messages. Fed up with the app. I had been using this app for the past few months now with no much joy! I really regret to having subscribed to an annual premium subscription to this useless app. Very annoyed & disappointed 😏😠

I recently attempted to subscribe to ETVWin, expecting a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To anyone considering ETVWin's services, I would advise proceeding with caution. The process, which should have been seamless, turned into a frustrating ordeal, compounded by inadequate customer support.
