Loan outstanding issue
Why the outstanding amount increases instead of decreasing or remain same until next month installment, or is there something I'm missing?
I send same question along with screenshots of mobile to at-your-service email, since 29th Sep 2022 there is no response as of today (1-Nov2022) except acknowledging emails
Notifications are good 😜
Home Screen offers , push notifications for digital activities, complaints tracking. Include separate sound for fab notifications.
I no longer want sms, rather push notifications for all the transactions
App doesn’t open after new update
Fab app is not working now which was working fine before update. I have Iphone 6 mobile. Please advise
