Pass not working - update: fixed

I brought a yearly pass but it still doesn’t allow me to watch content. Emailed the tech support and they told me that they’ve updated on their end but still not working

Update- emailed customer support and after a little back and forth, the pass was updated and now working. Cut one star because this shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.

Scam

I purchased the monthly pass from Apple Store.. the money was deducted, the subscription details show when the next deduction is due but I was not able to stream via the app. I had to make another purchase a “match pass” via their web to be able to watch a match.

I had first used my email address to purchase a match pass on their website as their app did not give an option to buy match pass and only had option for monthly/yearly pass. After purchasing the pass on their web using my email address I was unable to login on their app using email address as the app has no option to login using email address and you can register ONLY via your phone number. When I reached out to their customer support they asked me to raise another request to link my email and phone number (really?! SMH)

Overall an annoying experience and still no resolution. Never using this app again even if ut means I have to miss my matches.

Please update it and remove bugs for iPhone

Hi team, loving this app. Please review and update these bugs and please ask testers to be active while testing.
1. App again and again gives refresh option while streaming pauses in between.
2. App will have the go back arrow non responsive while streaming, this works when we push stream to full screen and back to normal.
3. Rotational issues. When trying to do a full screen only half of the screen is visible.

Issues all over

I don’t where to begin, I paid for annual subscription through my Apple ID, now I m logged in and try to watch a match live and it says please pay to watch ? Then it says when I try to pay again, you are subscribed till 2023 . So basically I can’t watch anything andI have paid and can’t pay again. Lol . Also when I go to watch live from dream Eleven it says go to manage settings on web browser, there is no such manage settings on browser. Another issue is log in, from mobile only, but my Apple ID is linked to my email. So all in all a mess, have written to you ll I hope you will help me now. And you have lots to sort out on the app. Make it easy.

Lack of landscape orientation on iPad - Great app otherwise

Bit of a jarring experience since I primarily use my iPad in landscape orientation, however the app seems to be stuck in portrait mode. Withholding one star from my review for this reason, the app is great otherwise.

Brilliant pricing on the entire F1 season as well, cheers!

Side note: Please consider adding support for a native app for LG’s WebOS based smart TVs since casting via Airplay is almost never a reliable solution.

Need to create an app for apple tv too!

The app is great works fine on iPad and iPhone but the only product it does not works is Apple tv want to enjoy the same experience on a bigger screen can you make this possible the nfl season is about to end and don't want to miss it or use an AirPlay from my MacBook cuz it will lag for everything else 5 star but for the Apple tv thing I can’t say anything.

Good Multi Sports App

Good to see an Indian App not just focussed on Cricket. Provides options to fans to watch sports like Football, Kabaddi, Hockey etc. Also showcases the quality and competitiveness of the domestic Indian leagues, which I am not aware till now. There are few issues while watching the matches. Other than that you guys are doing an amazing job.

DO NOT BUY ANY PASS

Their app and website is EXTREMELY glitchy. I bought the pass for the entire Carabao Cup tournament and not ONE match viewing experience was smooth and without interruptions. The FINAL match was unwatchable for the first 70 minutes. When i raised a ticket requesting a refund they simply said they were facing a technical issue and now it wont be a problem anymore. They will charge you the money first, give you poor service next and run away with the money later. Might as well go for other, more trusted and reputed sources to get your sporting fix. Zero star experience.

Worst service

I have renewed the yearly pass and still it shows as pass expired i had a chat with there help desk and they couldn’t find a solution and told me to email the screenshot of the payment to there support email ID…Even after doing that there is no solution and there help desk team is helpless and cant find a solution they don't have a call centre where we can speak to someone…they just take the money and then are careless and don't care for the customer. Since there is no solution the last option is to go to consumer court.

₹25 voucher for a single use

The recent Carabao cup finals was not being telecasted in India, and even after pursuing major OTT players to telecast the match, all fell on deaf ears and Fancode came as a saviour.
The simple plan of 1 day use of ₹25 was the best ever I spent. Not only I got to watch the game at home, it was picture clear and flawless streaming.
Happy with the support and glad that Fancode heard us.
