I love the fact that it asks and personalises our product needs accordingly and gives you suggestions of those products only. Love that there are discounts and coupons with everything and you don’t have to search for them, they get applied on their own. Definitely buy things from here its 10/10 app!! Its gonna recommended you so many ingredients and give you so much info about skincare haircare makeup and everything, trust me order everything from foxy ALWAYS!!!!❤️❤️
Fraud
Fraud app you can’t reach out to their customer support. It is not working. I have to do in number of times. I received the product with the quantity is like half of the bottle. I will literally the full amount they give me the half of the product. customer support is not available. I’m trying to submit my aching it also I am trying to call them through Google. I try it nothing new no number is available. Even if the number is available it is not working it is it is not reachable and there is no help to reach out regarding this concern. I’m literally fed up submitting the same concern over and over again in the application there is nothing it’s better. You do not order anything from the FoxyApp because no one is there to look after the concern as well as I don’t think that whatever I have received, it is original product as well because I checked it. There isn’t any consistency it’s like completely water so I said should not install this application as well as well as don’t want anything from this application. Yeah

It is very disheartening to know that such nice application has such lack of customer service. I ordered some products from foxy where one of the product ordered was incorrect. There was no phone number provided to speak to any customer care executive. Rather you just have to drop messages on their whatsapp number and wait for them to reply, for which they take “really good time”. Instead of helping me out they stated to me to wait as some senior will contact me, of course that did not happen. Obviously I had to take things in my hand. I CONTACTED the company ‘Plum’ (whose products I had ordered) directly and they ever so quickly within 2 days not only replaced my product but apologised profusely for their mistake. After all this, I get a call from Foxy’s customer support that the product has been replaced (which I only did myself by contacting the company) and requested me to rate good stars to their application for their services.
