Poor and bad service

I have no good words for FriendiPay service. I added money and I would like to transfer to money. Something wrong on app because when I send to money, having issue in app and showing debit not allowed. It’s coming since 2 month. My money stuck on app. I want try refund to account, even coming the same issue. I don’t know what’s going. When I contact with customer care service, no body solve issue last 2 month. Just what they replied me- Welcome to FRiENDi Pay, an employee will serve you as soon as possible. حياك فى فريندى باي، سيقوم أحد موظفينا بخدمتك فى أقرب وقت.

No one serve as soon.

I have to request FriendiPay please refund my money as soon as possible.

Finally working again after a month

I was not able to add money after updating my mobile no as per my absher mobile no. I made a complaint with customer care and after 2 weeks today everything started working. Thanks.

Debits Not Allowed

Its been three weeks in my attempts to contact someone in friendi pay team to actually sort out my problem. I have tried calling on customer care, whatsapp and even email. Now only a tweet to samacares remains after making this review.

On customer care toll free number, no one answers and if your call is connected accidentally to a line they’ll make you wait until in frustration you disconnect it on your own.

The whatsapp reply team also doesn’t actively work on resolving your problem. I’ve been messaging them since 8th Jan 2023 to resolve my issue and it looks like now they don't even bother to send me their standard message. Same goes for email, I haven’t received any reply for the emails I’ve sent.

Please for the love of god. Someone do something to resolve my issue and please don’t ask me to call the customer care number as IVR doesn’t actually connect you with any service representative.
