Experience the ease of payment with FTH Daily wallet. After every successful milk delivery or any other purchase, money for that particular transaction will get auto-debited from your account. You can recharge your FTH Daily wallet using:

This company does the basics right for what it was intended for which is delivering milk and curd on time every day . Zero hassles . Any issue , just take a pic and upload , refund will be done . I like the fact that I don’t have to call customer care for minor niggles . The app needs improvement in terms of speed . It takes upto 2 mins to open , it’s not smooth , it’s laggy . If the developers can get the smoothness of flow on the app , it will be awesome. Last which really irritated me is one of a rep from FTH calling and asking how the services are and then compelling to give a 5 star rating when the app still needs improvement. This is malicious intent on the company’s end that it has started a campaign through its poor customer service people to drive 5 s star ratings on the app / play store to attract more downloads and eventually sales . This is absolutely cunning , malicious . FTH , you are damaging your reputation by driving this campaign. You will loose loyal customers. Rather take feedback and implement that , try becoming profitable , try to better your operations. If I hear from you guys next time to give 5 stars I will delete the app .

Better than other Daily needs app

I have been using this app for ordering daily products since 4 years approximately at Whitefield area & I have never faced any issue. However for peoples interest will like to highlight the pros & cons.Pros:1. Biggest usp no delivery charges on this app2. Fresh products atleast at my location (Cant comment on other location)3. App is easy to use & schedule, pause & make recharge. (Same as other apps)4. Refunds are quick5. Rarely have to contact their customer service Cons:1. Earlier I was getting delivery by 6 am but now around 8 am (Thats the only reason I might have to switch to other app) but still I am giving a positive feedback because it deserves it.2. Refunds are hassle free but incase you need to connect to customer support for late delivery, you wont be able to connect to them & ticket will auto close. It seems they are ok with late deliveries.My take to my issue is that are following short of delivery partners & it is acceptable being a free delivery app. But does not meet my needs. Thanks FTH, hope will come back once the issue is resolved.

Pathetic customer service

Very rude and unprofessional customer service guy !! First they deliver rotten apples at our doorstep and when we share the pics one by one - the cc guy argues that we need to share all the apples pics at one short only else he won’t refund ! Infact he even tries to justifies by saying that what if we would have bought from the local vendor on the road .. well ,we are done with this so called FTH app! We have some amount left in the app - I shall use that and never ever look back at this pathetic customer service app !! Btw - they expect you eat all the apples at one short and share the pics .. extremely rude and insensible customer support team. Our mistake that we had been sticking to you guys since so long .. may be next time - they will ask us to keep all the rotten apples and invite insects and then invite FTH team to have a look as a proof coz twice we raised the complaint and twice they rejected saying insufficient proof .. looks like - they need a documentary to act as proof to support our complaints!!

Pathetic Resolution System and an Arrogant Customer Support team

Be careful. And to add to the Woes if you happen to want the refund of your wallet balance, you would not get it, FTH would still force you to use it to buy their pathetic services with which you wouldn’t be happy; and use the balance. So be careful on how much you want to recharge your wallet. If you avail this service provider, keep your fingers crossed and expect that nothing wrong should happen. And if some thing goes wrong, you are taken for a ride, it starts with the App, AI enabled, it decides if you have a problem or not, it decides what resolution you should be given, if you call the number provided you are answered by a Robot, who will tell you what to do and also tell you the resolution timelines based on your inputs. And by luck someone calls you, you are told you don’t know how to use the App, you are lectured and made to agree how illiterate you are. And the end they will tell you, problem was with you and prove that you are wasting their time.
