I have tried many shopping apps before, but I was always disappointed with the quality of the products and delivery. Surprisingly, I got to know about Country Delight, but I wasn't expecting much. But, to my surprise, using Country Delight has been a game-changer for the family. Over the past weeks, I have been able to get fresh milk, fruits and veggies, and especially coconut water easily through the app. Now, I just use Country Delight whenever I need to shop for groceries.The prices at Country Delight are significantly cheaper than any other store around, and the products they offer are of excellent quality. In addition, their delivery service is outstanding, as everything is delivered to my doorstep by 6 am the following day, which is incredibly convenient. The best part is that there is no need to go through the hassle of checking out; you can just keep adding items to your basket, and everything will be there the next day. I highly recommend Country Delight!

I have never come across any subscription based app that allows balance to become 0 and still give forceful service only so that they can Harris people to pay. Yes, I purposely did not want to recharge my account because I was done with their app experience as well as the quality of stuff they send. I haven’t really procured milk, but things like veggies and coconut (if largely downgraded quality). Post getting this a couple of times, I decided to stop using country delight. However, they still kept sending the coconut for the next two days, when it was not needed and by that time I had already asked a local guy to service coconuts daily (of far better quality). They claim they had delivered (which I cannot recall), because I was already getting from another source and since then Country delight folks have been chasing me to pay some 100 odd rs. It’s just not about the 100 rs, but about an act of forceful service (despite not needed) and then harassment to pay. Why don’t they get a safety amount in the wallet so you automatically stop the service when the balance goes below a certain threshold. I don’t see a reason if someone is purposely not recharging (means they don’t want your service anymore). I fail to understand where did I ask for delivery despite my account balance was 0. Please share a written proof from my end before you make a trillion calls to collect that 100 rs. I have been getting weird men call and harass me 5-6 times a day for the payment. It’s strange how this company is operating. And there also they want me to recharge my wallet (I don’t understand why). I don’t want to be involved in getting any device from this useless app!

Worst & pathetic service !First you guys irritate with your adds & when we place order then you torcher us with your service.. I placed an order & paid for it in advance & today morning i received a msg that my order is cancelled.. And your person gave me 2 miss calls so that he can fake document that im not available.. After repeatedly calling he picked up the call & with very unprofessional manner he told that my area is not serviceable, I aaked him why the hell than my order was taken then & why hou guys charged me.. He said " Order server pe lete hai hai Delhi me, humne kitni baar bole order mat lo aapki area ka" Is this what you guys do with your customers??? And now i had to call up ur customer service for my refund because you guys have added my money to country delight wallet without asking me.. And now when i asked for refund you want me to enter my full bank details & wait for 7 days.. Why should I wait for 7 days, I paid with UPI so refund to my UPI immediately.. Stop harrassing people with your advertisements & marketing, first improve your service.. Stop spending on your marketing, first see to it how you will ne able to provide the service ! Disgusting Experience, Taking orders with advance payment & not delivering fhe product & also not refunding immediately is a SCAM !

Today morning I was ordering the products from country delight app,, and they are doing the same scam multiple times ., at the time of check out product cost was rs 1048 but I was unable to place the order as app were asking me to add 550 rs to add in thier wallet . I immediately called to their customer care , executive said you have to recharge the 1600 rs the remaining amount will be on my wallet in this this app , when he confirmed this then I placed the order . Suddenly after placing the order I saw the total about of my order was rs 1670 , I said to the same executive how it happened he initially said delivery charges/ packaging charges and so many stale excuses, but when I said I’ll complain regaling this scam he said there would be technical issue I’ll get the call from his senior executive as expected they did not work on my complaint and made this scam with me .
