Streamlining the Sign-Up Process
I recently tried signing up for your course, and I have some feedback regarding the sign-up process. While I understand the need for information, the sign-up page required an extensive amount of personal details, which was quite overwhelming.
In today's world, people are cautious about sharing their personal information due to privacy concerns and the increasing number of unsolicited calls. To improve the user experience, I would suggest implementing a more user-friendly approach, such as a single-click sign-up button with a one-number OTP option. This would not only simplify the registration process but also alleviate some of the privacy concerns that potential users may have.
I believe that by making this adjustment, you can enhance the sign-up experience and potentially attract more users to your course.
Great concept but poor app
I’ve been using krishna coming app for over a month now. The concept of the values we get through the team is really good but the app is very average to use with many bugs.
Firstly I faced issues in subscribing as it couldn’t verify OTP but the team helped in automatic subscribing process, please fix it if possible.
Once we enroll, there are a few videos we can watch in the app for a given month but the video viewing experience is horrible, the videos don’t play in full screen mode and there’s a number floating around in the background as water Mark which is a poor viewing experience.
Even the timings of meditation and yoga classes are not suitable for working women, so we end up watching past live sessions which again due to the poor quality video player can’t be accessed properly.
I request the team to please fix these bugs as early as possible otherwise people will prefer joining other apps.

There is a issue with logging in… It stops responding even if I have filled all the details.
