Highly recommended app for pregnancy journey
It’s a great app for expecting and new moms. I am very grateful to Megha Maam and entire Mamily team for guiding through my pregnancy journey.
The entire team has done recommendable work and hats off to them for handing so many of our requests and adapting to our requirements in all possible ways - right from adding post-partum yoga to shifting classes as per demand, arranging so many informational webinars, continued support on call/whatsapp from experts/dietician.

There are a lot of apps that cater to diet, medical, exercising and mental health.
This app provides all the care one asks for. The support one gets from the ‘care guides’ is helpful and incomparable
I highly recommend this app for families who are planning to conceive, are pregnant or even those who have given birth.

Good App
Mamily aap is very user friendly and I have joined Mamily when i was 3 months pregnant and my instructor was Megha, she really helped me to successfully deliver my baby through natural birth. She used to give some tips in class daily which helped me a lot while in labour and while delivering the baby. This is a very good app for post natal yoga and diet.
