Easy to navigate
I’ve been using GNC products for a while and now with the mobile app, it’s so much easier to find products. The app is easy to navigate and looks good. Happy that GNC finally launched their mobile app, makes it easy for regular customers to purchase.
They should give some cashback or discounts to regular users.
Refuse to exchange
I received a damage product and when I spoke to CS they asked me why I did not take a video while unboxing. What a Shame. Do any customer expects to receive a damaged product? Taking a video while unboxing is not a usual practice. The least I can expect was you guys could send me an email or text prior delivery to take a video in case od damaged goods. Without educating the customer how is this possible that ill follow this. No one expects a damage from such big giant companies. Your customer service is rude and told me I am a lier and you email team closes the ticket. I am afraid that i will be taking this legal now.
