Honestly I was looking for something like this for very long time and now I became their regular customer. The street wear collection is top notch tho I usually buy more sneakers from them. Pairs are legit but delivery takes around 8-9 days which could be annoying for some people. Also images do not load sometimes which is frustrating. Other than that the overall app and deals are amazing!

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM CULTURE CIRCLE. Giving you guys a chance has been the biggest mistake. You don’t communicate about orders, getting in touch with you guys is close to impossible and you are absolutely unfit to be a functioning company. You guys create this social media image of yourselves which is FAR from the truth. You are not a legit firm. I placed this order as a gift for my sister on rakhi. There was 0 communication from your end after. After endless messages from my end which went unanswered, after 3 weeks I finally managed to get in touch with someone from your team. They communicated to me that the entire firm is new and that my order had not even been placed with the seller. Then I got confirmation that it is placed and again 0 communication. After almost 2 weeks again I messaged asking where the order is and got no response. I later received a message that my money has been refunded after YET AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION. You guys are HORRIBLE at what you do and absolutely unprofessional and not even a rookie company. You guys are an outright scam. Please spend less on social media marketing and more on your actual business which is in the gutter right now. Your business is going to fail miserably because you guys have no clue what you’re doing. URGE EVERYONE TO NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I’ve had multiple people have the same experience with these guys.

I have ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers from Culture Circle more than 45-50 days ago but they still haven’t been shipped or delivered. I tried reaching out through their WhatsApp support like 100s of times but haven’t received a single reply. I mailed them but the only reply I got from them was a feedback link. Apparently they appointed a “representative relationship manager” who texted me on WhatsApp and when I told her my problem she started ignoring the issue too. I don’t know what else to do or who else I should approach but I will definitely have to approach the Consumer Court regarding this. If you are ordering from this app beware because it’s based on luck if they want to they will deliver what you ordered, if they don’t feel like it they won’t even answer your queries even after taking your money. So please invest and buy your sneakers from other apps. I have all the necessary proofs and this is not a fake review. Buyers please beware!
