Bad service

I have ordered a shirt in snitch and it got returned to warehouse due to undeliverable. It’s been 2 months I have called customer care more then 10 times every time they are responded as the refund will be completed by 2 days. Now, even the customer care number is also not connecting. I have tried more then 30-40 times, not a single time it is getting connected. I have sent mails as well. No response. I suggest to not to buy any product in this website/app. Poor customer service. I have deleted this application. I guess it is some kind of scam.

Worst fabric, fitting and Company Policies.

The fabric is type of shrinking material and the fitting is worst I am wearing same size of the same brand and is fitting me absolutely perfect but this particular shirts shoulder is patheticly tight and can be torn if I raise both my hands together. Moreover their policies is totally different from other companies making it more worst for us as a customer. Their return is 7days and it immediately starts when u order it that means if u receive the product on the 6th or 7th day from your order date u have to try and return it immediately and somehow if it crosses 7days u are unable to return. And if u purchase anything during offer it’s non returnable wether u get a wrong product also. And if somehow u return anything u will be deducted 100rupees per product. They have created just a hype in the market. I was being cheated.

Snitch always wins my heart with the superb quality of the product which alwys makes me looks stylish and unique :) When it comes to the customer support experience I can rate 5/5. The assistant towards my concern promptly and leaving me completely satisfied..
I can highly recommend this brand anyone looking for a stylist elegant and pocket frndly clothing brand in India with a good quality of customer service experience.
