Worst experience ever
Request to all the customers out there never ever purchase any product from them. It’s the not the quality issue but the service issue. They made me wait for 10 days and after that again for 7 days and again they are asking me to wait for 7 more days. What’s the hell is this. I want this review to be seen by the CO’s of the company . Is this how you guys treat your customers. That too when the product has been prepaid. First of all it takes such a long time to get connected with your executives and even after it gets connected they keep you on hold for silly reasons after every 3 min of talking. Even after that your problems doesn’t gets solved .
Really this is the worst online shopping app I have ever come across with. Don’t ever buy anything from here.

Worst service ever in india
Worst product platform ever. Im giving it a 5star not because the service is good but i want this to reach out to all those who first see the rating and then build trust with the brand. I want this review to pop up on top for everyone’s reference.
I asked for an exchange of the product that i bought.
The delivery guy took the product back for the exchange. But i never received the exchange. Its been a month already and their whatsapp message say we will contact you shortly but no one calls. The help line number is never connected to executive only bots waste your time.
Its a scam. Really disappointed. Don't know what are they doing in their office all day long with such a bad customer experience.
