Today I was just screening the Samsung app for refrigators and was looking for great offers. I saw 3000 welcome voucher but was not able to see the voucher or apply it . I called Samsung customer care 3 times but no one was able to help.Then I called again and Himanshu gave me an irresistible offer of 10% 4100 which was more than the welcome offer hence I immediately placed the order which I was not going to do today.Thanks to Himanshu ,he helped me saved 4100 and hence I orderedThanks Himanshu for your great help which allowed me to save 10% .Great customer service by Himanshu .5 stars.

I recently purchased a double door refrigerator from the Samsung Shop app on July 6th, with the promise of delivery by July 11th. However, after 8 days, and I have yet to receive my product. This delay is frustrating, especially since the customer support team cannot provide a definite answer on when the refrigerator will be delivered or the exact reason for the delay.Each time I contact customer support, I am told that the delivery partner has updated their status, citing weather conditions as the cause for the delay. This explanation seems implausible, as it is unlikely that it rained every single day since the expected delivery date. Moreover, despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, I am repeatedly asked to wait another 24 hours for a resolution, with no real progress being made.This experience has been highly disappointing. The lack of clear communication and the inability to provide a satisfactory solution reflect poorly on the reliability of the Samsung Shop app and its customer service. I hope that Samsung can address these issues promptly to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations.

This is the worst site to buy Samsung products. Yea, you read it right. Being a Samsung own application this is the worst site ever seen. I purchased a refrigerator on got it delivered the very next day. The technician came to unpack the parcel and then we found a that the product was defective . The technician took the video and we also applied for replacement and also shared the picture and video too as evidence thinking that the team will take immediate action as I moved to a new city and had no backup for refrigerator. But I must say they have the pathetic customer support. I am calling them daily since 26th of Oct, and in every call their executive are just saying please wait for 24 hrs we our team will get back to you. It’s been 5 days but I have received no calls for replacement. I was a loyal samsung customer, but now this is the worst brand and I am never ever gonna purchase anything from this brand. I have lost my Rs. 25,000. To all the people looking for good electronics products please look for other brands as Samsung has no system in place if any unforseen circumstances occurs.

Since my home is newly built, I had already completed all internal fittings, including piping, expecting a hassle-free installation at the stated cost. However, my experience turned out to be quite frustrating.1.The technicians insisted that I purchase a wall mounting bracket from them for ₹1200 + GST. When I informed them that I already had a bracket, they demanded an additional ₹250 just to screw it into the wall—something that should have been included in the standard installation.2.They also asked for ₹750 extra to “test” my pre-installed internal piping, a charge that was never mentioned before purchasing the AC. Why wasn’t this disclosed earlier? If I knew the real costs, I might have considered other options.While Samsung advertises installation at ₹499, the actual cost easily shoots up to ₹3000 or more due to these hidden charges. This feels like a scam—luring customers with a low price on the app and then imposing additional, unexpected costs once the technicians arrive.Samsung needs to be transparent about these extra charges upfront. Customers should not have to deal with hidden costs after purchase. If you are planning to buy an AC from Samsung, be prepared for a much higher installation bill than advertised.
