Ratings and Reviews
Improvement Required
There is a room for lots of improvement in the iOS version. Every time I open the app it takes a while to connect to the SmartThings server. Keep asking do download device control software on regular basis. Probably it doesn’t save the downloaded data. Sometimes it just doesn’t work. Quite frustrating experience.
Samsung, please fix the issues in iOS version of the app.
Rather incomplete for Samsung Family Hub refrigerators
The app for the refrigerator utility is too basic. For example, you can set the temperature but you cannot see the actual temperature remotely. So if you go on a holiday for 3-4 days you can not monitor the actual temperatures inside tge fridge. That should be included. Basic common sense, is it not ? I would not like to keep changing the refrigerator temperatures remotely, for what reason would any one do that ? Please include real time temperatures which can be seen in the app remotely. I would also like to have the option of a power on / off remotely via the app.
Also, uploading images via the app on a mobile phone is arduous ! How could you even think of providing a one-by-one facility for uploading images to the gallery ??! It takes hours and hours to upload 50 images, why made you provide this torture ?!
These three inclusions would earn you a five star rating in case you want that. Till now it’s worth a 2 star.
Great app if u have a more later versions of Samsung TV’s
Yea I love the app and it is pretty convenient to use when my remote is missing and easier to type on the phone than with the remote so thank god for that overall a great app if u have Samsung products
