Where is gone my money

Dear [Bank’s Customer Service/Support Team], I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I have encountered with my recent transaction involving the Digital Rupee in my HDFC digital wallet. On [mention the date and time of the transaction], I attempted to load [mention the amount] into my HDFC digital wallet. The transaction was successfully completed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, despite receiving confirmation of the transaction, the loaded amount has not reflected in my HDFC digital wallet. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, as I rely on this wallet for my daily transactions. I request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the funds are accurately credited to my digital wallet. Please let me know if any additional information or documentation is required to expedite the resolution of this issue. I would also appreciate it if you could investigate whether this is a recurring problem, as I have noticed similar delays with previous transactions.

Dear [hdfc bank’s customer service team] , I am writing to bring attention to a serious issue I have encountered with my recent transaction involving the Digital rupee in my HDFC digital wallet. On [15 th sept at 8.56 PM ] into my HDFC digital wallet. The transaction is showing successfully completed on UPI App, and amount is deducted from my bank account. However, despite receiving confirmation of the transaction, the loaded amount has not reflected in my HDFC Digital wallet. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, as I needed it for my daily transactions. I request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the funds are accurately credited to my digital wallet. Please let me know if any additional information or documents is required to expedite the resolution of this issue. I would also appreciate it if you could try to resolve this issue in future, as there are delays in transactions.
