UI changes for traders

display invested value as well on open position page for options (buy option premium value x lot, sell options (margin value used) and futures (margin value)

For the option traders it will be easier to track the return against the invested value and can cut the position if they realize the capital loss they can have if they don’t cut the position

Dear User, For security purpose, if you are inactive in the application for a long time the system will automatically log off. Kindly help us with your handset details for the prder placing concerns.

All features of the App for i phone have not been checked

Heat map also missing since last update.
It appears that developers have inserted too many informations in the app but workability of the features have not been checked for i phone. Features like transaction history market depth etc were easily usable on old app. But I find that many features might be available but not visible on the page for i phone. I reported it through mail also but the respondent just tried to convince me that it is available. He could not appreciate my point that page is not scrolling up so how can u see the transaction history. Also, since last many days chart is not working. To see the chart I go to other apps like money control or ET. For transaction history I go to old version of HDFCSec app. I find it pathetic that HDFCSec is not putting enough to see that app works if not best at least average

Dear User, We are glad to inform you that charts are now available. Please go to app store and update the application and re-login in account. In regards to view transaction history and market depths follow the steps below:
Transaction history- Post login> Portfolio> Select the stock > Click on view transaction history.
Market depth- Post login> Portfolio> Select the stock > Click on get quote> Market depth

App doesn’t work

Since you guys switched to this app from the precious one, we are not able to use this app for trading purpose, so just want to ask wether you made us switch to this app to loose our hard earn money because these days market sentiments are not good and we cant even log in to your app to see the positions of our scripts, will you take the full responsibility of the losses i m facing right now because of your stupid app … i agree with other user that just help us out to switch from your creepy app to the better ones like MO or Angel, sharekhan . Because whenever i try to log in it shows SORRY, WE ARE UNABLE TO SERVICE YOUR REQUEST, TRY AGAIN LATER. This is not the way to sort any issue.. very poor customer service … bad reviews..
