HDFC Bank e-Token 4+

Login as a new corporate, in AUTH area we have 100 transaction per day , waiting one full minute for new otp , actual transaction time not more the 15 Sec ,

Every time make 100 transaction taking 1.30 hours, totally wasted,

Add a refresh button and provide a new OTP solve this problem and save your clients really valuable time

HDFC has tried to improve the security features but they have totally missed the customer experience. For retail clients, it’s always gr8 and necessary to have the additional security measures in place especially considering the frauds happening on a daily basis. However, for corporate clients who already have their internal controls in place, this App only makes the process efficient. For one transaction, each user i.e. inputer, verifier and authoriser have to do 4 steps (Login the App, Login the website with password, OTP on the App, Upload file/transaction initiation OTP). That’s 12 steps for single transaction. Just makes the whole process inefficient.

Humble request to HDFC to relook at some of these steps

What hdfc bank is doing here, why there is no update no new features, the app is really 1 star and hdfc bank largest bank is not doing anything about it, for years for its corprate customers. I switched to HDFC recently and everything is really worst. Lets say you forget your password you can't even reset it.

1. See how other companies are doing it atleast and upgrade all these crap apps. Netbanking is worst . Have to wait 30 minutes before sending a payment. Only 7 beneficiary can be added why?

You can't even copy paste. Hdfc bank should learn from cred app what a awesome experince, razor pay salary system. Its enet is crap and all its digital softwares apps needs a complete new infrastructure.. for largest bank in INDIA , disappointmented with all digital experience.

Whoever reading the review please do not go with hdfc bank , if you are from IT field its really worst .

I don't know if someone from hdfc bank reads these review , but if someone reads it, please do something.
