App is having issue with order confirmation
Hi Team, I booked my gas and opted for UPI payment.
I went to my UPI app and make the payment, after that accidentally I closed the Bpcl app without proper complition of payment.
Later I found that it was not booked and not showing anything on history tab as well. Also my money has been debited from bank account but didn’t have any transaction history on App.
Please fix this issue because it is very sensitive and also refund my money back.

We regret the inconvenience caused. You can check the payment status in Payment History option available under More page. Refill status can be viewed by clicking on History option available in bottom menu. Kindly share your registered mobile number, LPG ID and transaction date & time on support@hellobpcl.in. App not at all appropriate to use
Tried booking the cylinder via this app and it threw some message showing that they were facing issues and inspite of the amount getting deducted from my card , the booking was not confirmed. The next day when I tried , it got booked under COD without even allowing me to make the payment online. So I asked to cancel the COD booking yesterday and th e same request was registered by the customer support. Today the delivery person is at my place with the cylinder and since I am out of cash , I had to send him back as I don’t transact in cash after the pandemic.
The app and the support is not at all useful and also been trying to call the distributor office no which is not being picked up.
Obviously it’s not only me the customer but the delivery person also suffered with all this. Also I had to return the same back.

App support team is useless.
While using the app for the first time, by mistake I have charged money in BPCL smart drive account instead of e drive account. I have called the support call Center and asked them to transfer the amount either to my e drive account or to refund back to the bank account using which I have charge money.
After talking to the support team I understood that they were not able to clearly understand my concern, may be due to lack of common sense also they were keep on transferring the call to one another and wasting customer time for which no resolution was found till date. BPCL being such a big company, should take action for employing such stupid people and should help customers in resolving there small concerns without much complication.
