Service delivery issue
Milk delivery is not consistent - the delivery boy keeps missing deliveries after ever 2 days an it is so difficult to report or complain each time - as you can only message or leave a response for customer care to call back - and if you miss their call they will not try calling you again - and sometimes they don’t call you at all when a ticket is raised - they do not have a phone number to be call and inform them. It’s according to their time we have to response. If you cannot improve your service then it will be difficult to place future orders.

Not Refunding my money
Heritage was unable to deliver the product and Heritage has cancelled my order. Now they have moved the cancelled money to Heritage touch wallet which I will not be able to use as they will not deliver. I’m calling since 10 days to the Heritage customer care to refund the amount to source bank account which they tell will be done but which is not the case in reality.
I have also checked with Heritage customer care whether I can directly purchase anything directly in store, for which they have confirmed not possible.
I would request the customers to beware of such fraud apps and I felt betrayed by Heritage, my not return to this app or Heritage store in my life.
