Posting reviews after 3 successful booking and i like the service and concept in this busy time we need everything as per our convenient time and I personally hate to be in a line and wait at washing center. Also they guys are on time and friendly nature. App is also easy and user friendly need to improve some in photos 😅 but overall smooth experience.

It will be more customer friendly if you guys start wallet or subscription models.

We book out slot by our convenience then They request us to change the slot timing After we accept there request They dont show up on scheduled time When we call them they say ( sir ne mujhe waha pe bhej diya ) When we call customer care of hoora to solve the problem the lady on call gives me the reason that (sorry sir our employees vehicle broke down) Then i said her that ,he says ( sir ne mujhe waha bhej diya he ) then the lady on customer care says (mujhe toh usne aisaa bataya ) Then when i asked her about my car wash That at what time I should expect your employee to arrive She says (ajj ka cancel hogya he apka app kall parso ka koi slot book karlo ) In this way my day was wasted and i washed my vehicle from the washing center arround my a House Its waste of time dont be dependent on this service They dont know what is importance of our time We book a slot They request to change and make it 2,3 hours earlier then they dont even show up on decided time and then they do this madness and then they asks us to select next day slot . Highly unprofessional behaviour. Do dont even deserve half star for their rating

I had booked a slot for 2.00 pm on 13 jan24 3 days in advance. At 1.50 app was showing executive arriving but at 2.04 pm it started showing service completed. I called customer care they said service guy done by mistake he is arriving in 10-15 mins. I waited 1 hr but no one arrived, there chat executive said that he will take few hours. Seriously shamelessly they are saying few hours. When I asked for refund there service executive stopped responding. The chat was showing answering in 1 min but to refund question no one replied even after multiple messages. From 4 pm to 6 pm, I had done 9-10 messages but no body replied abt my refund request or any message. One of the worst service I came across. Fake app fake people looting peoples money. If i do not get refund in next 2-3 days. I will also report to cyber cell abt there fraud.
