Your App deficiency.

Your mobile app has no use if someone wants to invest in Mutual Funds or redeem its holdings. Further even if you try on desktop , one may find provision of transactions on MF! If you try to transact , the server is not available most of the time.
Your old app was robust. New app has just discarded first password. Normally new Apps come with enhanced provisions. However in your case , it’s other way round. HSBC App is repressive.

The worst

I don’t know how legit are other reviews here but I can say this is the worst service a bank can offer. You have wait for more than half hour minimum and listen to their automated voice message. Once you get in touch they ll move you to another call and that person will also say he/she is transferring the call. The internet banking, upi, gpay nothing works. This app is even more hideous - it will ask you for a secondary password but it will never work. You guys need to understand it’s our money on your account and you need to make sure we should be able to use it as ease. We are not using your money at all that you torture us like this. Banking has to be comfortable and easy and yours is the most worst experience of all.

Fraud Bank, Faulty customer support

I was using cashback credit card for a year maintaining the ₹1 L spending criteria against annual fees but suddenly they changed the fees and criteria when i was already in 11th month of my billing and hence I got charged new fees which is ₹999+GST. I reached out to customer care about it as it felt cheated by bank and customer support said it will get reversed as per the terms when i get the card it was different but till now no reversal came and now when I reached out they said it will not be done, I’ll not get any reversal as it’s the new policy. Such a scam by the Bank. Indirectly they stole money from customers. RBI should take steps against such scams.
