The HungerBox app has been instrumental in simplifying the process of placing orders and obtaining real-time updates on order status.
It has significantly saved us time, eliminating the need to stand in long queues at both the cash and meal counters. By using this app, we have successfully reclaimed 30-40 minutes of our daily lunch and break times that were previously spent waiting. The streamlined process and real-time status updates have made our meal experiences more efficient and enjoyable. Disappointment

I downloaded this app only because the office cafeteria is making it mandatory to use it. I am very disappointed in it. Initially I tried to link my Paytm and PhonePe apps but was unable to do so. It showed me an option to link Paytm but failed to accept the phone number and as for PhonePe, there was no such provision even though it mentions PhonePe as one of the options in the list.
I tried to make a payment in the cafeteria and thought I’d link the wallets at the time of payment when it’ll have to accept at least one of the modes of payment but even then it just refused to accept the mobile numbers for either of the wallets. I don’t know if this is a dummy app or perhaps some sort of a Halloween joke the company is playing on us. What’s the use of an app that doesn’t even work. And what’s the use of making it mandatory when this app has not been tested thoroughly. I’m surprised that it is even available on the App Store as I’m sure people at Apple try to ensure that such shoddy apps don’t get accepted here.
