Review for Shagufta -Sales

Got a chance to interact with Shagufta while I was in dejected mood as I was not getting any headway for getting hotel reservation being Platinum member of HDC.
I was really impressed as I found her real Customer Centric Professional who was not only instrumental for amicable problem resolution but at same time made me to realise that how important are customers for Hyatt as an institution.
She clearly demonstrated values of Hyatt Dining !
Honestly she left an indelible impression in my mind ensuring lifetime membership!

Extremely Disappointing Club Membership

This is the second time I am holding a membership with Hyatt and how disappointing it was to get one simple room booking done. When my previous membership was getting over, I got several calls asking me to renew the membership, which I did. But when I had to book the complementary room for a stay, my requests were constantly rejected. I tried several times through the app and none of my request was accepted. Finally when I had contacted the customer care, the staff Mr. Sandeep Tiwari helped me in getting a room booked finally. Really appreciate his help. Property wise, the food was great, the room had a great back water view. But house keeping and engineering were huge disappointments. The bath tub had lot of dust and hair strands. There were some names written on the bathroom mirrors which looked creepy. There was water logging issues too. In a nutshell the hotel and facilities are good, but the service was below average. Will never take the membership again.

Please do not purchase the membership

This is an earnest request to everyone thinking of buying the membership that please do not buy one. Their sales representative Gowtham sold the membership to me by stating numerous lies and once the membership was sold i wasn’t able to contact him for any kind of assistance.
The Hyatt Dining Club call Center representatives are also least helpful, and the vouchers you are promised will be left useless as you would not be able to use them. Everytime you request for a suite room, they would say it’s not available and even the Buy 1 Get 1 night free voucher does not work through the application. The HDC application is completely useless as it doesn’t let you book using any vouchers directly, and you would have to call the call Center whose representatives will also not help you.

Please do not make the same mistake as me and buy the membership. I am going to post the same across social media and spread the message as much as I can.
