Kind of difficult to co operate

This is genuine review hoping to ugrade this app. There is no order tracking available. Interface of website is not user friendly so first time users face difficulty understanding and placing order(desktop view don’t have cart 🛒 view). First time experience is very rough in compared to other apps available in the market. On call assistance is good but digital experience is bad. Also difficulty in placing order while adding address. It didn’t show “address added” instruction. Feel is old school. Just like going back to 2012 for surfing on web and trying to solve eBay puzzle 😂😅. Great potential but underachieving.

Terrible app, terrible interface

For a store product and brand as grand as Nature's Basket by Gothridge, this is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The interface is terribly designed and not optimized to fit a smartphone because the text is super duper small and you can't read anything. When you press a button, it takes like 5 seconds for it to react. Half of the images don't load in on time because your slow servers can't process these images quickly. The information on screen about the products is barely present. The images that do load are very low resolution so you can't really make out anything. I think it's high time for you to learn from Swiggy Instamart. And see how well they have optimized their interface to make it super easy and convenient for someone to place an order. I have conducted one order, the payment failed, it still placed the order. I tried it again, it took the money, said the payment still failed, but it still placed the order. And now finally, I have had to place the order again. It still placed the order. And now finally, I have had to place it on cash on delivery because I need this order by tomorrow. But it's already taken the money which I don't know if I will ever get back. Horrible app. I am extremely disappointed in this.

Pathetic home delivery service

Who at Nature’s Basket is looking at home delivery service. First of all, the delivery slot between 9 am to 7 pm - 10 hours is too much. Hourly slots must be the norm. On the last two occasions the delivery intimation came in around 6 pm and actual delivery happened after 8 pm. Nearly 2 hours ! Is anyone senior enough monitoring this disgusting service. Call centre staff only provides helpless lip service to customers. They are neither empowered nor escalate the calls. They do not revert back either. Will someone in the senior management wake up to this erosion in the brand value. Does anyone even bother. The delivery boys are nothing but full of excuses blaming it on a public holiday and lack of staff or blaming it on a rainy day when actually it has scarcely rained. Fresh vegetables delivered home are squashed or full of mud - not even cleaned- quite shocking ! No staff at the Bandra West store can be approached. They are not available. Is Nature’s Basket under the new Spencer’s banner care for its customers. Also, no one responds to feedback on the site nor social media. Cannot believe in this day and age, customer service from a reputed organisation has reached such disgusting limits. Hope to receive some response, if they truly care.
