Impressed decent app most of the times works

It’s not the app as much as the people behind it, Warden Road store has a group of stuck up staff, high headed, inflated ego with a high attitude, includes the store manager as well... they lack basic manners and etiquettes on how to speak or even answer the phone...
otherwise the APP is really good and works fine most of the times.
Customer service teams rarely answer the call and needs to be improved.
Recently to my surprise I called and someone did answer, and spoke politely, even promised to have someone call me to help me with rewards points... but as usual NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK...
LIKE I SAID ITS NOT THE APP BUT THE PEOPLE who need to IMPROVE their attitude and approach towards clients DRASTICALLY !!!

Pathetic home delivery service

Who at Nature’s Basket is looking at home delivery service. First of all, the delivery slot between 9 am to 7 pm - 10 hours is too much. Hourly slots must be the norm. On the last two occasions the delivery intimation came in around 6 pm and actual delivery happened after 8 pm. Nearly 2 hours ! Is anyone senior enough monitoring this disgusting service. Call centre staff only provides helpless lip service to customers. They are neither empowered nor escalate the calls. They do not revert back either. Will someone in the senior management wake up to this erosion in the brand value. Does anyone even bother. The delivery boys are nothing but full of excuses blaming it on a public holiday and lack of staff or blaming it on a rainy day when actually it has scarcely rained. Fresh vegetables delivered home are squashed or full of mud - not even cleaned- quite shocking ! No staff at the Bandra West store can be approached. They are not available. Is Nature’s Basket under the new Spencer’s banner care for its customers. Also, no one responds to feedback on the site nor social media. Cannot believe in this day and age, customer service from a reputed organisation has reached such disgusting limits. Hope to receive some response, if they truly care.

Horrible app

There are no cash on delivery, online payment on delivery option, no specific time slot selection option, there is no comment section option, there is no product rating option after purchase, there is no delivery experience rating option, most items during placing order shows available, after purchase and placing order the items are not available and the staff send other items even without reflected modifications details in the app and do not even communicate on email or AMA of modification of product. They directly charge additional amount which shows in the wallet is negative amount.
After any items is not delivered by them, the money gets credited to their wallet and they do not have the option to transfer to actual mode of payment like bank account or other linked wallet.
Please have online payment option on delivery like other online vendors. This app is unfriendly and the online customer support to the online handling local staffs are unhelpful. Had such a bad experience with online purchasing.
My money has disappeared from nature baskets wallet now.
