App review
The app is user friendly and the issue is forwarded to the concerned authorities. But there has to be a check or verification in place once the issue is marked as resolved. Because sometimes issue is marked as resolved but it is still not actually resolved. The responsible official should respond to the complaint stating that it is resolved with a photograph as proof.

App is fine, but misused by BBMP
There app as such is ok, but the authorities don't use it properly.
So many times the issues raised are just suddenly marked Resolved & then closed off, without proper justification or clarification why they have been closed.
It feels very unfair that we citizens take so much effort to report issues & follow up & BBMP just closes them off just cuz they are not able to resolve the matter properly.
I believe if a matter needs to be marked Resolved, then a Photo Proof of the same should be attached & the counter part should agree to the resolution & then Only the person who opened the case can Close it.
Best App for Daily Complaints
This is the best app for any complaints with regards to our specific area. After posting the complaint they take immediate action. The service they provide for any complaints is excellent. Good Work, Keep it up !
