Little suggestions for app development
Please try to learn from zerodha app. It’s so simple and so clean whereas your app is very complicated and confusing one. Please see your portfolio dashboard, you will understand where the problem is. Try not to make further development of your app through in-house team rather you may choose Professional IT Company for development. Otherwise you may loose customer day by day. Please take it seriously else you will be nowhere in this competitive scenario. Once again I repeat please go through the zerodha app and make your app like zerodha.

ICICI direct market app doesn’t have features available in earlier Icidirect app
I have written to help desk highlight the deficiencies around 3 months back. Also talked to customer care many times informing the problems. But no action taken. Details are as under: Market app doesn’t have the important features which were available in earlier app. Like market app doesn’t have the information which was earlier provided in Icicidirect app: SWOT, shareholding pattern, various financial statements.. financial ratios, investor return etc. Charts in new version are pathetic. ICICI market app takes ages to load. repeatedly freezes, then exits on its own. I tried deleting and again downloading time app but then I lose Watchlist and have to again create watchlist. And again problem recur. Hence I am doing transactions using older app and for those information using Money control app or other financial market app. Can you do something to make your platform stable. Thanks Sanjeev Sharma

App does not work in iOS/ not designed for iOS
I have been using the ICICI Direct Market app for many months now. However the app performance leaves a lot to be desired. A frequent problem I encounter is the app freezes and does not load data. This happens at odd times. Mornings, late nights and at other times too. The only solution I have found is to delete the app and reinstall the app again. Now I was using this app for the fourth time and since it has frozen again, I am putting down my review.l This is not acceptable. You are asking us to pay for brokerage and you cannot give us a decent app??? While my investment portfolio gets loaded again the next time I download the app and install it, the watchlist and other relevant data that I have created is lost forever. This is a pain. I wait for response from the development team and want to see this resolved on priority.
