I am having a issue with the account I created and I want to get it sorted but the only way to raise the grievance is by writing in the app and they will revert by email....There are many issues which cannot explained in writing. I highly recommend to have them a proper customer care to address the issue...after all it’s a huge amount which they charge for service

I forgot to cancel my renewal

Please refund my amount as i forgot to cancel the subscription after one week trial..I’m not satisfied with the app as there is no one in close vicinity using it..I have immediately cancelled my subscription after the amount was deducted but please refund my amount for the premium user as i haven’t even used the premium version as of now

You charged me 2299₹ for one month premium subscription even when i deleted the app. I don’t know why this happened because i didn’t subscribe to any premium app. It was forcefully charged because it was subscribed automatically. You are a scam. I need my money back.
