I am writing to report a recurring issue with the TNEPDS app available on the App Store.After installing the app, the initial flow works correctly: I enter my mobile number and captcha, receive an OTP, and proceed to the next screen. However, when I reopen the app later and try to log in again, the process breaks. While I still receive the OTP after entering my mobile number and captcha, the OTP entry screen does not appear. This prevents me from proceeding further.The only temporary fix I have found is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which is inconvenient and not a long-term solution.Kindly look into this issue or notify the app developer to provide an update to resolve this bug.
