Cancellation charges are more

App is good and rides also good but if driver didn’t respond or going opposite direction from our location in this case if we cancel cab they are charging more amount. But if driver cancel after 5-10 mins simply one message will pop up sorry driver cancelled ride. This is not at all fair and not a proper response from Jeeny team. I’ll not suggest to use if this repeats. Hope Jeeny Team will change their behaviour in this case. Hope they will understand concern and resolve ASAP.

Very bad service i ever used. They show lower prices on booking. But reaching destination the price will be double from initial amount. Also booking time vehicle number shows but arriving vehicle will be very ugly dirty and damaged scrap vehicle. We will get fed up with ride and at the end, money will be almost double the initial shown amount. Very cheat and Worst app and service. I used many times,i got cheated always. I never ever use this app again. I'm using uber long time which is providing very outstanding service.

First, the app showed a popup about possible price changes, which I understand. But then the fare was changed without any clear reason.Yesterday, I booked a ride and everything went smoothly, but at the end, an extra 5 SAR was added unexpectedly. I’ve been waiting since then for a response or explanation, but unfortunately, no one has gotten back to me.Please don’t apply hidden chargesit’s better to show the full amount upfront rather than surprise us at the end.
