• Should you wish to cancel the subscription, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your next renewal date and confirm if the automatic subscription renewal on the App Store is turned off. Audio/subtitle mismatch

The audio and subtitles don’t match. At first, I thought it was maybe just for the show I was watching, but I tried others and the same thing happened. There is a lag between the audio and the subtitles, which frankly is very annoying. I paid for a VIP membership.I am hoping you guys rectify this error at the earliest, only then will I change my rating.

I paid the total amount and got the VIP membership of this app but after 2 weeks the app was asking me to pay again fir the membership but when I did pay, the app said that im already on a membership.... im nit able to watch any series and its like all my money went to waste

The subscription won’t renew

It was working alright till now. But this time when I am trying to do payment for my subscription, it asks me to create a mandate which I do, but then the app just hangs. I don’t get subscription and the help button on the app doesn’t work. I don’t know who to contact. Please get this rectified
