The app has become really buggy with the new updates. The movement in the app is very slow, scrolling through matches. There are major bugs in the messaging functionality also where you would get notifications of receiving a message but can’t see it on the app itself.

Once you get past finding clubs and players in the free version, Playtomic is woefully basic. I got the premium version so I could have flexibility with bookings and times and players. Not happening. Try and change a match to ‘open’ once youve booked it as ‘private’ to find a fourth player? Nope. Try to change a time once booked or drop out and let someone else take your spot if you’ve booked it? Nope. Cancel the whole booking and start again. Hope for a credit or refund if someone drops out and you cant use the court? Nope. Try to find courts for a specific time? Nope. Only time ranges. And don’t get me started on the grading system for players. Its terrible. Improve guys.
