Mi Store is Xiaomi’s official iOS app to help you shop on-the-move. It offers a fast and intuitive interface to search, browse and purchase all Mi products, including phones, tablets and accessories, register for flash sales, pay securely using multiple payment options and track order delivery status. With this app, we'll ensure you have first dibs on all our new product launches and our special discount offers.
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also support Net banking, with over 40 leading banks integrated into our payment system. With the Cash-on-Delivery option, you can choose to pay using cash during product delivery instead of making an online payment in advance. We also offer a flexible EMI option with leading banks.
Mi.com’s easy replacement policy ensures that you get a replacement in case of any defects in the original product. Give us a call through the ‘Service’ page in Mi Store to explain the issue you’re facing with your mi.com purchase, and our team will help resolve it. If the resolution doesn’t address the concern, we’ll ship out a replacement at no extra cost.

Very Easy Nice app
Nice fast app takes 1 min to buy a phone would like to see old phone exchange option and service option eg I have 2 mi phones that need new screens would be easy to book a service request via the app and get it picked up for service since there are 45 mins waiting lines at the service center thanks
One of the most flawed app ever in all categories combined!
This is one of the most stupid app ever.
Doesn’t open. At one page it shows a different price and as soon as you click it, the price revises all by itself. If one is not careful enough, he/she will end up paying more for the same product. Outright deceiving!!! (What else you’ll expect out of China).
If you even add something in your cart, and you try to check out, it shows “400 bad request”. EACH SINGLE TIME.
Since the last 1 year or so, I’m forced to open the app in my browser.
Pathetic efforts from the developer.

I am completely satisfied the MI products. I am writing this review after using the MI products for more than 6 months to 1 year!
I had 2 Mi mobiles phones and really happy with its features there are lot of features which other phone doesn’t have at this cost.
Love the product and the app as it’s user friendly!!
