[Description of auto-renewing subscriptions]
1. Instructions for continuous monthly subscription
--Subscription period: 1 month
- Subscription price: 1 yuan for the first month, 15 yuan per month thereafter
2. Instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing
--Payment: Debit through the user's iTunes account, and the user will pay immediately after confirming the purchase
--Renewal: Apple’s iTunes account will be deducted within 24 hours of expiration. After the deduction is successful, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period
--Unsubscribe method
Solution 1. Open the Appstore on your phone, click the blue avatar icon in the upper right corner, and then go to "Subscription"> "Huawei Sports Health" to cancel the subscription.
Solution 2: 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription period, go to the iTunes/Apple ID "Settings Management" page and turn off the automatic renewal. Cancellation within 24 hours before expiration will result in a subscription fee.

UpdateI had band 3 earlier and today I bought band 4. As of now below are the issues I have-1. The sleep data is not syncing from band to phone. Hangs at 75%. Reset band, reinstall app and yet no progress. Pls fix.2. Not all notifications are popping up on screen.Please fix these ASAP for a happy usage.Added 1more star.Thank you Devs for releasing few updates. Can you please look at the below too?1. Write the cycling distance to health app.2. User should be able to delete a ride or run from the app. Currently even after deleting it comes back when syncing with watch.3. When an update is released kindly mention the changes done for usage satisfaction.If the above is done, I can just uninstall strava and use our app itself.Thank you!The device is great and so is the app. But what is use when few vital elements are missing?Developers - can you please look at adding the below ASAP. We are a group of cyclists looking for a genuine device and app and yours almost meets our requirement.1. After cycling, the calories, distance and related data does not sync/integrate with the Apple health. This is so demotivating. Only the steps calories gets synced. Please consider and get the cycling data synced too.2. While cycling using the app, the call outs via voice mode on distance, pace and other details is awesome. But when we halt for a short break, the duration is still goes on and does not pause. Ideally when we pause the app should ‘auto-pause’ too and resume once the ride starts. Please add this too.3. Finally, even if we do multiple rides per day, all stats should add up while synching instead of showing multiple rides. A drill down could maybe show number of rides. But your home screen should show a consolidated ride and it’s details.I don’t know if this is too much to ask but if you have this done, your product will reach new heights.Please let us cyclists know if this will happen at all. Recent Update broke functionality

Apparently after the recent app update the app is unable to sync/detect honor band 5. Even the buttons for add device is not working. Now I have Atleast a week worth data that can’t be synced. Seriously what kind of QA does you people have. ——————————————————————————“Never thought I would need to put up a review. The app had got the basic functions right. However ever since iOS 14.1 update the app has trouble keeping GPS connection active with Honor Band 5 during workout. The app will sync up GPS at the beginning and then will drop the connection within five minutes. I would gladly add another star if the issue is fixed. Also adding ability to sync SPO2 measurements with Apple health would be nice and worthy of extra star.”

Overall a good app with basic functionality but I have these issues:- It doesn’t add workout minutes or cycling distance to the Apple Health app which is a big negative. I manually refer to this app and add a workout minutes log to apple health which is quite a chore. Even if this app showed a graph kind of layout insted of a list of workouts, that’d be great. - Notifications are problematic. Only have the toggle option for a few apps and rest are categorised as ‘others’. I don’t see the problem in having notifications toggle for each app on the phone- and well, the music control update is still not here..

Have been so addicted to tracking my Steps, Activity & Sleep. However, the Sleep data did not seem to get updated for tracking in the App, though the band carried the data. Did some searching online, and updated the app here n now it has been resolved. Was a bug lik the 2k virus i guess. Request Honor to not take away the threads were complaints are being discussed. Cos, it not only shows you of an error, but also puts off-shore customers in ease, knowing the problem isn't theirs alone... : )Peace
