I have been highly impressed with this cleaning robot. The setup process was quick and straightforward, and the mobile app is exceptionally user-friendly. The app provides seamless control over cleaning schedules, room mapping, cleaning modes, and real-time monitoring, making the entire experience convenient and efficient.The robot delivers excellent cleaning performance on both hard floors and carpets, effectively removing dust, pet hair, and everyday debris. Its intelligent navigation system ensures thorough coverage while avoiding obstacles with minimal intervention.What stands out most is the reliability of the app, which allows complete control from anywhere and provides useful cleaning insights. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a smart, efficient, and low-maintenance cleaning solution for their home.

It’s very useful in day to day life as the vacuum and mopping is quite reasonable. The app is also user-friendly and handy. Mapping also done about 5 minutes time. It’s covering all the areas except the corners. The mop pads are also washed and dried neatly.The only drawback is, if the power supply interrupts during the cleaning process, the Robot will move around the entire house searching for the Dock Station as the connectivity between the Robot and Dock Station is lost during power cut. The Robot will not resume the cleaning process even when the power supply restores within few minutes. The only option is to switch off the Robot manually by pressing the power button in the Robot to end the cleaning process as you could not Pause or End the cleaning process through the app. I got this information from the ECOVACS Technician by lodging a service request. He also informed that this problem is common for all the Robotic Vacuum models of ECOVACS . It’s a marathon task to book a complaint call through toll free number.My suggestion to this problem is to modify the software so as to have a inbuilt command in the Robot to Pause the Cleaning process whenever there is power interruption and to return to the Dock Station when the power resumes. Then it will resume the cleaning process. This will avoid the unnecessary hardships faced by the ECOVACS users as the Robot is working erratically without control during power interruption.

I purchased this product in December 2024, and it worked well until March 22nd. On March 23rd, I was out of town and didn’t turn it on that day. However, when I turned it on on the 24th, the robot started behaving erratically. It couldn’t detect the selected zones because, while the station was facing the usual direction, the app on my iPad showed a different orientation. As a result, the robot couldn’t find its location and kept repeating the same error. I tried troubleshooting by resetting my Wi-Fi, the Deebot, and my iPad, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service to explain the issue, and they promised that an expert would call me within 24 hours, but no one reached out. After waiting, I called again, and the representative told me that I would have to wait another 24-48 hours for a solution. I requested that my case be prioritized, as my elderly parents rely on the robot, and without it, they are struggling. The customer service agent assured me that they would schedule a call within a couple of hours, but I never received any follow-up. The product itself is great, but the customer service has been incredibly disappointing. If there’s a problem with the product, it's unclear who will step in to resolve it. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

Concept and certain design features are very innovative and good. Problem areas are :- 1. Unexplained erratic Map behaviours at times. Once these issues crop up, it makes you mad. 2. It should be possible to customise my cleaning sequence so that I don’t have to select my cleaning sequence everyday; just the start button shd automatically start my customised sequence. You could also consider option to have 2 customised sequences so that we can choose a shorter sequence when needed. 3. Mopping function is not very good. If I use it the way you have designed it, it is quite unsatisfactory for shiny tiled surfaces as it leaves the surface with wet dirt spread all over the house which then dries into dry, dusty white layer. Most of the time we don’t use it. When I need to use the mopping function, I first run only the vacuum cleaning without the mop and then second time, I repeat the run with the mop function on. 4. The reaction time of repair team shd be faster.
