Freezes often

I have been using this app for more than a year. Recently, I became a paid member. I have uncovered more than 10,000 words. When the number of review words goes up (around 500+), the app freezes for every 2 to 10 words. I had to close the app and reopen it repeatedly. It's quite frustrating when the words I reviewed before the app froze reappear after reopening. I wrote to the support team, and they replied that they are unable to recreate the issue and need proof for this issue.

This app is so good and helped me to learn new vocabulary very fast. The video example and quotes are so helpful to me, primarily the videos are from The big bang theory and friend. I loved it. By the way, pronunciation button not working on my iPad even if I touch no response from the app. Can you guys please add spelling learning options to this app, then it will be perfect 💯 👌

As we all agree with images stick to our mind better than word and this app provides appropriate images and explanation which helps in understanding the meaning easily. Hence it is good product.
