Recently I hv order ordered few products using this app. Still they haven’t shipped my parcel it been 4 day hv placed the order . I’m calling since then to ask about it so for the frst time only call got connected within 1 min. After that they kept me waiting for 6 mins and they cut the call automatically. I’m calling them like crazy but every time no response. On frst call they hv told me that waldent gloves are taking time to come from distributor so we hv hold back ur parcel. But its too much they should have told me that waldent gloves gonna take time or else other products they can ship and waldent gloves they ship separately. As they are charging 25 rs extra delivery charges for gloves only fo no reason. So bottom line very pathetic service. Very very very very very disappointed.They treat doctors like with so much of disrespect. Which has crossed all the limits in my case.

If you can’t guarantee timely delivery, don’t commit to it.
