TERMS OF SERVICE - PURCHASE
Voodoo offers to each of its account holder (the “Account Holder”) the possibility to select a weekly subscription (the “Subscription”) after a three-day (3) free trial period (the “Free Trial Period”) for a weekly price of 5.99 USD (the “Price”) for the purpose of accessing specific services expressly made available by Voodoo for use (the “Subscribed Services”).
Scope of the Subscription
Following the Free Trial Period, the Account Holder will continue to have access to the Subscribed Services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is charged to the Account Holders’ personal iTunes Account.
The Subscribed Services will unlock certain games for the Account Holder as well as remove all ads.
The Account Holder agrees that the Price with respect to the Subscribed Services is final and will not be subject to refund.
Purchases by Account Holders outside the U.S.A
The Price is labelled in US Dollars. If the Account Holder resides outside the U.S.A, and wishes to download the Subscription, the Price will be subject to certain variation including additional charges for conversion of the currency.
In addition, Voodoo reserves the right at any time to change and update the Price and inventory of the Subscribed Services available.
Termination of the Subscription
Except as provided below regarding renewal of the Subscription, Voodoo may cancel, suspend or terminate the access by the Account Holder of the Subscribed Services if:
the Account Holder fails to comply with the terms ;
Voodoo suspects any unlawful activity associated with the Account Holder; and
Voodoo suspects certain event of fraud or misuse.
The Subscription is subject to automatic renewal unless the Account Holder withdraws from the Subscription 24-hours before the end of the current week corresponding to the subscription period. If the Account Holder does not withdraw, he will be charged for the following Subscription period.
The Account Holder may manage directly the automatic renewal by using the functionality provided for in the settings of its iTunes Account.
When the Account Holder’s Free Trial Period or the subscription period expires, and provided that he has withdrawn from the Subscription as described above, his personal account will be closed.
The Account Holder acknowledges that Voodoo is not required to provide a refund in the event that there remains any amount in his account. Voodoo will not grant any compensation for unused currency.

I just completed piggy race last night and i won around 1200+ gems on 2nd spot. After claim when i restart the game there were no additional gems. There were only which i gathered pre piggy race. It is not the first time i face this issue. Please fix. Latest update is buggy and i want my gems added on my account. Dont manipulate olz.

It’s really difficult… I read up about it and it was said that they are bots against whom we are competing… but still it doesn’t help .. trying everything.. waking up at midnight to try the chest quest .. having improper sleep as to wake and check whether someone else gonna get the chest before me even though I was literally the first person to start the march and had a good head start of around five minutes … spending gems so as to overtake the others in acquiring the chest .. even spending gems so to have complete a march just before the new chest appearing … and even spending gems to do extra missions… and with all these I am still at 5th position and all the leftover land is aquired by people having more power than me … (with a chance of seven outposts having a power more than mine rest all are like far away targets) I believe as it so happens the time I level up so do the others .. even if I level up now then I would hardly have seven chances in which they would be like 50% probability to occupy them It feels such a waste of my mental health not even getting the chance to occupy it fairly …

The gameplay is kind of neat, I’ll give you that. But oh my god the ads....you start the game...an ad. You complete a level...an ad. You wanna open a chest...an ad. Even on the bottom most part of the screen....guess what is there *Drumroll* that’s right. Another ad. Tone down on the ads a bit. People aren’t gonna pay the no ads amount when they first see it. They will simply uninstall the game. I suggest removing ads from the start and end of each level, as well as the ads for extra chest and Coin claims. Maybe just keep the extra lives part. That way players will have the incentive to buy the no ad package...cuz let’s be real, this game is little more than a time passer. Not that it isn’t neat though.

I really used to love this game at a time. But now it’s just impossible to play!!! There are so many advertisements! Literally after every level! Its become so frustrating to play the game. I can’t even turn off the internet and play since now internet is also required to play the game. Not only after ever level there is advertisement, but even if I complete any level around 30% still then there are advertisements. I play many other games too in which there are advertisements. For every other gift or price there are advertisements or after few levels. But here there are only advertisements! Can’t play the game even for a single round without advertisements! Its highly disappointing and frustrating.
